Welcome to F*ckery Tower ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing fckerytower.com (the "Site") or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Age Requirement

The Site and our products are intended solely for adults 21 years of age or older. By using the Site or purchasing our products, you represent that you are at least 21 years old.

2. Responsible Use

F*ckery Tower is a party game with drinking-game elements. Alcohol consumption is never required to play. If you choose to drink, do so legally and responsibly. Never drink and drive. We are not responsible for injuries, property damage, or other consequences arising from irresponsible alcohol consumption or misuse of the game.

3. Orders & Payment

Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Shopify; we do not store your card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud or pricing errors). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

4. Shipping

We currently ship to US addresses only. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier; however, if your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@fckerytower.com with a photo and we will make it right.

5. Returns & Refunds

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is your responsibility). Opened products are non-returnable. To start a return, email hello@fckerytower.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the F*ckery Tower name, logo, packaging art, and copy — is our property and may not be reproduced without written permission. F*ckery Tower is an independent game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hasbro, Inc. or the Jenga® brand.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Site and products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or products or your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
