This policy explains what information F*ckery Tower ("we," "us") collects through fckerytower.com and how we use it.

1. What We Collect

• Order information: name, email, shipping address, and payment details, collected and processed by Shopify when you buy the game. We never see or store your full card number.
• Contact form submissions: name, email, and message, processed by Shopify and delivered to our inbox.
• Basic site data: our hosting provider may log IP addresses and browser information for security and performance. We use sessionStorage to remember that you passed the 21+ age gate during your visit; it is deleted when you close the tab.

2. How We Use It

To fulfill and ship orders, respond to messages, handle returns, prevent fraud, and comply with law. If you opt into a mailing list in the future, we'll only email you marketing you asked for, and every email will include an unsubscribe link.

3. What We Don't Do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run the store (Shopify for checkout and payments, our hosting provider, and shipping carriers), each of which handles your data under its own privacy policy.

4. Data Retention

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax, and warranty purposes. Contact messages are kept until resolved, then periodically deleted.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your state (e.g., California residents under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to know, access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of any sale or sharing (we don't sell or share). To exercise these rights, email hello@fckerytower.com and we'll respond within the legally required window.

6. Age

The Site is for adults 21+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
